Dynashape's collection & delivery service covers most of the central regions of the UK:

Outside of these areas, postal services are used at a standard cost provided by the courier. 

PCD is short for Polycrystalline Diamond, the material used in specific tooling known as PCD tooling. 

PCD is composed of diamond particles and and a metallic binder which are sintered to produce one of the hardest and most abrasive resistant materials to be used in cutting tools. 

Tools come in a variety of PCD finishes, from polished PCD to course grain depending on what materials they are to be used on. 

Dynashape have traditionally been a re-sharpening service provider. The recent investment in leading CNC Technology leads us to call this process Re-manufacturing as blades are shapened on the same machinery they were manufactured on, to the same standard - giving a cut as great as the first ever performed on the blade. 

The office is open from 8:30am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30-4:30 on A Friday.

Circular Saw Blades and Tooling:

Sharpening of ciruclar saw blades is completed on the same day they are given to us (somtimes overnight), they will be ready for collection the next day by courier service or yourselves. 

If you don't want to open an account with us then we are more than happy to take payment via credit card - for smaller orders you can even pay with cash if collecting from the trade counter.

Sometimes there's a more effecient way of doing things, and sometimes what you're doing is already perfect. If you suspect your production line could be doing more for your business, we have experts that will come in and review your processes - if there is a better way, it can often be a more cost effective one. 

Quite simply, no we don't, you can order 1 blade or 1000 blades. We're not fussy.    

For special or bespoke orders or blades not kept in stock we do apply a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.
