High Speed Steel Tooling

Our manually fed tooling is available in HSS (high speed steel) finish, ideal for soft woods and create an excellent finish on the cut product

PCD Tooling

Polycrystalline Diamond Tooling is the toughest out of the materials, its perfect for working with solid laminates, MDF, MFC and FRMDF, glass reinforced materials and cement based materials, basically, this is the tooling for hard to machine materials.

Carbide Tooling

Carbide is tougher than HSS, and is ideal for working with MDF, Chipboard, man-made boards and hard woods.
