Solid Carbide Spiral Router Bits

PI02MD & PI02ME

Specifically for automatic machining centres and CNC routers sizing, plunging and finishing solid wood and lamiante materials. This tooling is ideal for high feed rates on fixed materials, and push chips upward to give panels the ultimate finish on lower side. Also available in opposed helical forces resulting in chips being pushed downwards, giving the best finish on the uppper side of the material (PI02ME). 

PI04MD

Router bits with chip breaker for automatic machining centres and CNC Routers. This tooling again allows for high feed rates for materials fixed to the work table of the machine. Available in MD version for a better lower surface finish and ME for a better upper surface finish on solid woods and laminates.

PI05MD

These router bits are for use in CNC Machining Centres and are suitable for windows, sutters and all hardware slots lamiantes. In the MD version, chips are pushed and ejected downward giving the best finish on the on the upper side of the material.
